At minimum, passport copies of shareholders and directors, photographs, trade name and initial approval, the MOA and AOA, and a tenancy contract or Ejari where required. UAE residents also provide their visa copy and Emirates ID, and a No Objection Certificate may be needed from a current sponsor.
