How much does it cost to set up a company in the UAE?
With Nines Consultancy, a free zone company setup starts from AED 4,888 without a visa and from AED 10,810 with one residence visa. Our Meydan Package starts from AED 12,500. Your final cost depends on the jurisdiction, the number of business activities, office requirements and how many visas you need. We confirm the full cost in writing before you start.
What is the difference between the Zero Visa and 1 to 7 Visa package?
The Zero Visa Package gives you a fully registered company with all incorporation documents, but no UAE residence visa. The 1 to 7 Visa All Inclusive Package adds the complete residence visa process for one person, including Entry Permit, Change of Status, medical test, Emirates ID, health insurance and visa stamping. Additional visas, up to seven in total, are quoted per visa.
Is Corporate Tax registration included, and why does it matter?
Yes. Both packages include Corporate Tax registration with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). New UAE companies must register within the required deadline, and late registration can lead to a penalty of AED 10,000. We handle it as part of your setup so it is never missed. Can I start with the Zero Visa Package and add visas later?
In most cases, yes. Your visa eligibility depends on your licence type and office space, so we check this during your free consultation. Our PRO services team can process additional visas whenever your business is ready.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The Zero Visa and 1 to 7 Visa packages carry no separate professional charges. Anything outside the listed items, such as extra visas or optional services, is quoted to you in writing before you commit.
What comes after my licence is issued?
Most founders move on to opening a business account. We guide you through corporate bank account opening in the UAE and can help with office space if your activity needs a physical address.
