Some do, some don’t.
Newspaper ads are usually required when:

  • There are multiple partners
  • Outstanding liabilities exist
  • DED wants public creditor notice
  • A liquidator is mandatory

If the company is small, simple, or single-partner professional activity, DED may exempt it.
