Yes. A partner can issue a Power of Attorney (POA) to another partner or a consultant like Nines Consultancy. If the partner is outside the UAE, the POA must be attested by:

  • UAE Embassy (in their country)
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
  • MOFA UAE upon arrival

This allows remote liquidation without partner presence.
