They are permitted 100% foreign ownership, necessitating only the presence of a Local Service Agent to represent the company before government agencies. The Local Service Agent can either be an Emirati individual or a company fully owned by Emiratis, with no involvement in company shares or management decisions. Documents Required For Professional Services License
